Are your fragrances original or inspired?
All fragrances are original creations inspired by well-known scent profiles. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any designer brands mentioned.
Do the scents smell exactly like designer perfumes?
Our fragrances are designed to closely match the scent profiles that inspire them. While they are very similar, they are not exact 1:1 recreations and may vary slightly in performance and scent development.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
During high-volume periods or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

United States: 5–14 business days

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
At this time, we only ship within Canada and the United States. We hope to expand to additional countries in the future.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on used fragrance oils. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us for support.
